- Bookings are to be made through our website.
- All bookings have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your booking and payment have been approved.
- If you would like to book our space for event or video production with sound system please email us your request.
- No refunds for unused hours or no-show, only studio credit for canceled bookings 48h in advance.
- Icon Studio Space offers studio credit for cancelled bookings (NO REFUNDS).
- No store credit/rescheduling is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours from the booked date.
- Store credit must be redeemed/studio space rescheduled within 12 weeks from the original booking date.
- Icon Studio Space is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of equipment that occur in the studio.
- Clients are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings during their rental time.
- Our standard operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- Bookings outside of these hours can be arranged upon request and may incur an additional fee.
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.
- We do not share your personal information with any third parties unless required by law.
- We ask that all clients conduct themselves in a professional manner while using our facilities.
- Please respect our space and leave it as you found it.
- All garbage must be disposed of and any major spills or messes cleaned up before leaving the studio.
- The rental of our studio space includes the use of the basic lighting equipment that is located in the specific room that you rented (White Room and Art Room)
- Please handle all equipment with care.
- Clients will be held responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property during their booking time.
Our pet policy varies by studio room due to space and interior limitations:
- Iconic Room: Pets of all sizes allowed
- White Room: Small pets allowed
- Art Room: NO pets allowed
The pet free is $50 (+HST), in addition to a $300 deposit. Payments will need to be made before the booking and all deposits will be returned once studio booking is completed and room has been checked for damage.
➡️No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $500 – $100,000 fine will be charged for each incident.
➡️Anyone who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will not be admitted into the studio.
➡️No Smoking or vaping in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident.
➡️Rental time includes set up and break down times.
➡️No outdoor shoes allowed.
➡️Please keep the music and noise at a reasonable volume. If we receive complaints from our neighbours due to excessively loud music or noise, a minimum of $200 will be applied.
➡️Do not drug furnitures.
➡️Please ensure you leave the studio in its original condition. You will be asked to reimburse any damage costs, including but not limited to, the studio floor, furniture, and equipment. Damage costs could range from $150-$10,000. If the studio room is left untidy then you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.
➡️The studio must be used for legal purposes ONLY, such as photography, and video shoots.
➡️Any activities that violate laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or promote discrimination, harassment, or violence are strictly prohibited.
