- Bookings are to be made through our website.
- All bookings have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your booking and payment have been approved.
- If you would like to book our space for event or video production with sound system please email us your request.
- No refunds are available for unused hours or no-shows. Studio credit is provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
- No studio credit/rescheduling is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours from the booked date.
- Studio credit must be redeemed/studio space rescheduled within 12 weeks from the original booking date.
- Upon arrival, please ensure that one guest has filled out our general liability form
- Clients are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings during their rental time.
- Icon Studio Space is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of equipment that occur in the studio.
- Our standard operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- Bookings outside of these hours can be arranged upon request and may incur an additional fee.
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.
- We do not share your personal information with any third parties unless required by law.
Once a seasonal installation is set up within the studio, it cannot be moved from its designated location. The designer carefully curates this placement to optimize lighting and positioning.
Some setups may include hanging features and fixed decor pieces, making relocation impossible.

- The rental of our studio space includes the use of the basic lighting equipment that is located in the specific room that you rented (White Room and Art Room)
- Please handle all equipment with care.
- Clients will be held responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property during their booking time.
Our pet policy varies by studio room due to space and interior limitations:
- Iconic Room: Pets of all sizes allowed
- White Room: Pets of all sizes allowed
- Art Room: Pets of all sizes allowed
The pet free is $50 (+HST), in addition to a $300 deposit. Payments must be made before the booking, and all deposits will be returned once studio booking is completed and room has been checked for damage.
Should your pet make a mess on our studio floor there will be a $150 charge.If your pet makes a mess on the furniture, there will be a $300 charge which will be deducted from your $300 security deposit.
No outdoor shoes allowed. We can provide you with shoe covers or you can bring indoor shoes.
Please keep the music and noise at a reasonable volume. If we receive complaints from our neighbours due to excessively loud music or noise, a minimum fine of $100 will be applied.
No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A fine ranging from $500 to $100,000 will be charged for each incident. Anyone who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will not be admitted into the studio. No Smoking or vaping in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident.
No open flame, dry ice, sparkers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio.
Our studio admin will visit your studio rooms within 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place, and all garbage must be placed into garbage cans.
Please ensure you leave the studio in its original condition. You will be asked to reimburse any damage costs, including but not limited to, the studio floor, furniture, and equipment. Damage costs could range from $150-$10,000. If the studio room is left untidy, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100. The broken furniture leg damage fee is $200. Floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-500, depending on the extent of the damage, and furniture damage is subject to a $100-500 damage fee.
The studio must be used for legal purposes ONLY, such as photography, and video shoots.
Any activities that violate laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or promote discrimination, harassment, or violence are strictly prohibited.
Please ensure to bring all your belongings into the studio with you, our staff is not responsible for any items left in the common area or in the studio rooms.We are not responsible for any items left behind in the studio. However, we will do our best to locate lost items and keep them in our lost and found box for 21 days. If you believe you have left something behind, please call or email us.
