Rules & Damage Fees

At Icon Studio Space, we want to ensure every client has an exceptional experience, and part of that comes from keeping our space in perfect condition for all. We kindly ask that you follow these rules to help us maintain the beauty of our studio, especially during the festive season.

1. Indoor Shoes

No outdoor shoes are allowed in the studio. Please bring clean indoor shoes or socks.

2. Furniture & Decor

  • Please do not remove flowers from the vases. Our installations are delicate, and we ask that you respect the artwork.
  • Please be respectful of the space and installations. Treat the studio with care to ensure everyone can enjoy its beauty.

General studio rules apply during all installations.

These rules are in place to ensure that the studio remains in excellent condition for all our clients.

Our studio admins are always here to ensure you have a wonderful experience. They work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and are happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, the installations are priced at the same rate as our regular studio rates.

We ask all clients to treat the studio with care, especially our beautiful installations. Accidental damage to installations or furniture will result in fees:

  • Staining the sofa: $100–$200 (depending on severity)
  • Dirtying the rug: $100–$500 (depending on condition)
  • Broken vases: $30–$50
  • Damaged flowers: starting from $100 (depending on severity)

Please be very careful with the installations and furniture.

You may rearrange the vases if you are very careful and put everything back exactly as it was. It is strictly forbidden to take the flowers out of the vases!

Yes, we kindly ask all clients and visitors to bring clean indoor shoes to help us maintain a clean and pristine studio environment. This helps ensure that every setup is perfect for the next client. Failure to bring clean indoor shoes may result in your booking being canceled without a refund. Thank you for helping us keep the studio spotless!

Yes, every room at Icon Studio Space is equipped with heating and air conditioning. We can adjust the temperature to your preferences to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
