Iconic Room

Rules & Damage Fees

At Icon Studio Space, we want to ensure every client has an exceptional experience, and part of that comes from keeping our space in perfect condition for all. We kindly ask that you follow these rules to help us maintain the beauty of our studio, especially during the festive season.

1. Indoor Shoes

To keep the studio clean and ensure that every setup looks flawless, we require each person entering the studio to bring clean indoor shoes. Refusal to bring clean shoes will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a pristine space for everyone!

2. Christmas Installations

Please do not move or adjust any of the Christmas installations. These setups are carefully designed for your shoot. Accidental damage to the decorations will result in charges:

● Breaking Christmas ornaments (on the tree): $30 per item
● Breaking the gold ball in the Iconic Room: $400
● Damaging the Christmas tree: $500–$1,000 (depending on the extent of the damage)

3. Furniture & Decor

We understand that shoots can be creative, but we ask that you take care when using our furniture and decor.

● Staining the sofa: $100–$200 (depending on the severity)
● Dirtying the rug: $100–$500 (depending on the condition)

These rules are in place to ensure that the studio remains in excellent condition for all our clients.

Our studio admins are always here to ensure you have a wonderful experience. They work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and are happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely, yes! We love animals, and they are always welcome at Icon Studio Space. The Iconic Room can accommodate pets of any size, while the White and Art Rooms are perfect for medium to small-sized pets. Please note there is a pet fee of $50 + tax, along with a refundable $300 deposit that will be returned after a studio representative checks the space post-shoot.

Life happens, and we completely understand! While we do not offer refunds, you can reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. You also have the option to cancel your booking and receive studio credit, which can be used within 12 weeks of your original booking date.

● For bookings of 3 hours or more: Contact our admin team at +1 (647) 706-0467 to arrange for FREE underground parking (1 car per room). Please remember to call 10 minutes before your booking begins.

● For bookings under 3 hours: There is FREE street parking available on St Helen’s Ave for up to 1 hour. More parking details will be sent in your confirmation email. Please note that Icon Studio Space is not responsible for parking, so plan accordingly.

Yes! We have studio admins on-site who are always available to assist you and guide you to
your room.

We kindly ask our clients to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their shoot. Christmas time is a busy period, and we often host large families. Arriving on time helps us manage the client flow and ensure everyone enjoys a smooth, comfortable experience.

Yes, every room at Icon Studio Space is equipped with heating and air conditioning. We can
adjust the temperature to your preferences to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Yes, we have both a washroom and a changing room available for your convenience. If you
need assistance finding them, our studio admins will be happy to guide you.

We ask all clients to treat the studio with care, especially our festive Christmas setups.
